The Outer Banks holds a special place in my heart, as I've been traveling here since an infant. The beaches and calm atmosphere let you unwind and escape the hectics of life for a bit. Some of my favorite places to visit while in the OBX area include Jockey's Ridge, Pea Island National Wildlife Refuge, deserted beaches, Ocracoke Island, lighthouses, and much more.
